Marcela: Bogotá, Colombia; Marcela Vanegas is a Colombian director, screen writer, sound designer and producer. Through this blog, she wants to show her old film works as a Sound recordist, and director. She graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia where she made her Bachelor in Arts. During her studies she did academic exchanges in France and Argentina. After earning her degree as a Filmmaker she won a scholarship from DAAD to make her first M.A in visual and Media Anthropology at the Freie University Berlin until 2015. She earned her degree with the documentary Film "Breathe". She started her second M.A in Germany at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln where she graduated as a director and screenwriter with the Film "A LOS CUATRO VIENTOS". Her work as a screenwriter, sound designer and producer with the Colombian film "Blue Kamize" was screened at the International Film Festival in Iran in 2018 and won the prize as the best Film at the XIX International film Festival in Antioquia Colombia, Festicine, Caja de pandora in 2018.
